Many individuals who buy bottled water assume their water originates from a spring, because this is one way the bottled water industry got its start. But today, brands like Dasani, Aquafina, and Sparkletts have captured significant market share by engaging in what some would known as deceptive advertising. Back in 2007, PepsiCo Inc., which owns the Aquafina ‘purified’ drinking water brand, announced it could begin printing the words ‘Public Water Supply’ on its labels to make sure that clients knew where Aquafina drinking water actually came from.‘This was not really a case of neglect, but a full case of the government telling us how exactly we have to raise our kids — that we will need to have running water, we should have power and we can’t stay static in a tent for the summer. To the government it creates no difference if the children are happy and healthy. We need to conform to their idea of normal or they are able to take your kids away. ‘Taking children from families must be limited to clear instances of neglect and abuse. It should be every parent’s right to raise their children because they see fit, unless the federal government can confirm that what the parent is doing is actually harming the child,’ they added.
